Major Dilhan Herath has served 12 years in an infantry battalion as well as Special Forces in the Sri Lanka Army. He had held several key appointments in the Army and was also awarded several medals including a gallantry award for his bravery.

He has completed his diploma in Human Resources at Institute of Human Resources Management. He has experience in human resources management in the corporate sector. He has functioned as human resources manager with leading companies in the apparel sector.

Captain Upali Pathirana has served 12 years in the Sri Lanka army and had held several key appointments in an infantry battalion. He was awarded several medals in recognition of services to protect the sovereignty of our beloved Motherland which included a gallantry award for bravery.

Once retired from the military he was employed in the corporate sector and held several senior appointments in human resources and administration both locally and overseas. Additionally, he has acted in a senior operational management position at a multinational security company in Sri Lanka.
